The Usual Suspects

In SEAL there are some pretty dodgy characters... here are the worst offenders:

When he's not helping members or "inspiring" Robert to do the website or magazine Mick enjoys shooting the enemy in flight sims, Quake and Heretic II! Mick's into photography and image manipulation using his digital camera, new scanner with various packages like Photogenics 4 and ArtEffect 4. Mick's wife Sharon is the hidden secret of SEAL's success providing backup and support as well as proof reading for the magazine and looking after two small children... how does she do it!

The one thing that bothers the rest of the gang is... Micky's got all the loot!

Robert "Rhino" Williams
Big and horny? Accused of

Robert has been the mastermind behind the execution of most of our crimes. He's been observed with Mick on many occasions across Essex loitering next to broken Amigas with intent... to repair!

Apart from being charged with looking after this website Rob also edits that subversive publication, "Clubbed", a magazine written by users for users.

Rob has an amazing array of Amiga's and bit's and pieces at his house... it's hard to find a seat sometimes:). An A1000, 2 A2000s an A3000 and an A4000T. Rob's etherneted his A4000/A3000/and a (p'tooey!) PC, so that they can all access the internet, files and printers. Rob into DTP, image processing, graphics and can occasionally be found strugling over the finer points of AREXX.

Rob is often caught red-handed using his equipment (oh err!) and skills to produce "Clubbed" magazine.

Elliott "Birdy" Bird
Elliott Acused of
Being a SEAL committee member.

Tools of the Trade

  • A4000
  • CyberStorm 060

Case File:
Also known as "babyface" Bird, Elliott is the yongest member of the SEAL gang. He's been spreading the word on IRC and has started the illicit #SEAL channel.

Elliott has been laundering his Amiga-generated work into his college's clean Mac system and his Amiga has been known to regularly impersonate a Mac! Elliott has been a regular contributor to Clubbed magazine and now as a committee member we know he will continue.

Let's hope he doesn't end up doing any bird!

Chris "Superwuz" Emmins
Chris Acused of
Being a SEAL committee member.

  • Amiga 1200 in a home made tower
  • BlizzardPPC/060

Chris was one of the first to get a Mediator when it was released starting with a Virge graphics card and upgrading to the Voodoo 3. His most recent upgrade is an Blizzard PPC/060, those 3D games should fly when the Warp3D driver arrives. Chris has been taking an interest in the beginners in the club, helping them get started with the Amiga.

So if you need an Amiga fix he's your man!

Gary "Psycho" Storm
Acused of
Sheep Molesting and marketing SEAL.

Tools of the Trade

  • Amiga 1200 in a Power Tower
  • Blizzard PPC/Bvision
  • Olympus 1400XL Digicam
  • Wacom Graphire Tablet
  • Sheep gag.
  • Gimp gear.

Case File:
Known to be the marketing SEAL pup Gary has been openly promoting SEAL for years. He's helped us become one of the most notorious usergroups in the UK. He's blagged many an interview with the Godfathers of the Amiga world for "Clubbed".

Gary uses his miggy for graphics and has designed several websites. His girlfriend (soon to be wife) MandyLeigh is a singer/songwriter and Gary has produced a website and demo CDs to help promote her work. Gary is a gamer and has been beta testing Payback. He's recently got his PPC card back from repair at DCE and is able to play on-line Quake again!

Be very wary around this Australian convict, especially if a Windows Pi-ssy is in the area (makes him froth at the mouth), or are wearing a fleecy jacket (makes him froth elsewhere).
